When your property is listed with Dodd and Page for holiday rental we accept that the property is available for bookings unless we have been notified of owners reservations in advance.
Rental rates are negotiated with the property owner, normally for a 12 month period and takes into account the quality of the accommodation, views and seasonal adjustments.
Please ensure you have the correct insurance policy for your holiday rental property.
All tenants are required to complete our "CONDITIONS OF TENANCY" Please note:
ALL TENANT HOLIDAY RENTAL BOOKINGS
AND ENQUIRIES ARE HANDLED FROM
OUR PORT ELLIOT OFFICE.
Tenants are required when vacating the holiday rental property to leave same in a clean and tidy manner.
All rubbish, bottles, food and personal items to be removed.
For further details on the tenant's obligations during and at the conclusion of the tenancy period please refer to our standard conditions of tenancy.
Rent monies are collected and held in the Dodd & Page Trust Account until the final trading day of each month. The Trust Account in then closed, balanced and funds transferred to the landlord.
We have 4 specific dates during the year when bookings are opened to the public.
The Port Elliot Head Office of Dodd and Page manages all holiday rental bookings.CHRISTMAS (1st Monday in August)
EASTER (1st Monday in December)
JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS (1st Monday in February)
SEPT/OCTOBER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS (1st Monday in May).
Entry time into your property is 2 pm for all bookings. Check out time is 10 am.
We require 3 full sets of keys for your property.
We recommend that an up to date inventory be kept for your holiday home.
Please ensure that we are advised of any major inventory changes.

Dodd and Page can provide phone numbers of recommended tradespersons or can arrange maintenance on your behalf.
