Upstairs offers 4 bedrooms, main bathroom and a front balcony to enjoy the views, with glimpses of the sea towards Granite Island. Watch the steam trains arrive in Victor Harbor or walk to the many surrounding cafes and beaches.

Downstairs offers a kitchen/dining area, 2 lounge areas, small entertainment room with a Foosball table and a second toilet. There is 1 bedroom in a separate cottage with its own en-suite and kitchenette.

Outside consists of a private outdoor fenced sheltered courtyard for entertaining with a large table and BBQ. Off street parking is available and it is just a few minutes stroll to shopping, restaurants, hotels and picture theatre.
