22 Kightley is an easy walk to the beach and Bombora Cafe and is situated directly on the regions Encounter Coastal Bikeway. A comfortable bike ride will take you to the historic Goolwa wharf and the town's shops and cafes that hold all your holiday needs and wants.

Head off along the Swamp Paperbark boardwalk and explore the coastal towns, beaches and views on your way to Victor Harbor, passing through Middleton and Port Elliot with many cafes and shops to browse.

This affordable holiday home comprises 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 people. It consists of an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, main bathroom with separate toilet and outdoor entertaining area with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The fully enclosed backyard is sheltered and is pet friendly (please keep me outside).

PEAK RATE - $130 per night
Christmas/New Year Holidays (7 night Minimum Stay)
Easter (4 night Minimum Stay)
Designated Long Weekends (3 night Minimum Stay)

OFF PEAK - $110 per night
All other times of year (2 night Minimum Booking)
