COSTING CALCULATION: Rate x no. of nights or weekly rate for **7 night stays where applicable + $75 admin + cleaning = total price: all our properties are professionally cleaned, hence cleaning fee. It is clean for you when you get there and clean ready for next guest. ** For payments made by credit card a 1.25% surcharge applies.
