Dodd & Page Pty Ltd is a family-owned Real Estate business established by Walter Dodd and Frank Page in 1922 in Port Elliot.

In 1949 Keith and Mary Dodd became sole directors and today Dodd and Page is owned and managed by their son Philip.

With three generations of family ownership, the staff and management of Dodd and Page are enormously proud of our heritage and eager to maintain our industry leadership into the 21st century.

Over 100 years on Dodd & Page remains at the original Port Elliot location. Renovated to adapt to our growing business, we continue to offer excellent quality and service.

Our Legacy

Dodd & Page were at the forefront of Holiday, Permanent and Rental accommodation in the Fleurieu Peninsula for many decades, and we would like to thank all our property owners, tenants and the large client base for their trusted custom over the years.

After some 40 years at the helm of our family-owned business Philip Dodd made the decision to focus his energy on real estate sales, transferring the Dodd and Page Property Management to Harcourts South Coast.

For some of our clients, this has been a sad parting – with some of our rentals having been managed by Philip himself for decades. Again, we would like to thank you for allowing Dodd and Page to provide our comprehensive Real Estate Services to you and your family over the many years.
